About Goran
With Graduate and Associate Diplomas in Commercial Law, Project Management, Contract Management and Building, Goran has previously held Commercial Manager and Project Director roles for tier one contractors.
In his role at ABI Civil Contracting, Goran is responsible for the overall performance of the business and the optimisation of systems to support its objectives. In collaboration with the client representative, he provides senior leadership to the project management teams, ensuring quality and contract deliverables are met on time and within budget.

About Shane
With 30 years’ of experience delivering high quality projects across road, rail and marine sectors, Shane brings a wealth of civil construction knowledge to each project. Working across large scale operations such as NorthConnex, Epping to Thornleigh Third Track, and the Great Western Highway upgrade, Shane provides leadership and mentoring to all field contractors.
In addition to ensuring consistency of delivery methods across all projects, Shane ensures minimal disruption to the project through the implementation of Safe Working Arrangements and regular contact with the client and key stakeholders.

About Alan
Alan is a results-orientated construction and development executive, with a diverse skill set and extensive experience in all facets of the ABI Civil business. Alan is renowned throughout the NSW construction industry, having fulfilled roles over decades within Tier One companies, medium sized contractors and small businesses.
This unique level of experience has led him to accumulate exceptional people and relationship management skills. His background includes key strategic management positions across industrial relations, human resources, commercial and contract management, administration, transport, fleet, logistics, purchasing and project management. Alan has demonstrated experience in developing and leading significant and innovative business improvement initiatives across a complex, multifaceted organisations. His role at ABI Civil leverages his mentoring and strategic skills across all functions of the business, where he is a trusted advisor to all levels of leadership within the company.
SANDRA TAYLOR
FINANCE MANAGER
About Sandra
Sandra has extensive financial management, administrative and accounting experience within construction and across various other industries. She has a Master’s degree majoring in Money and Banking and a Bachelor degree majoring in Business Administration.
Sandra manages the finance and accounting functions for ABI Civil and provides operational reports and strategic advice to the Managing Director. She guides ABI Civil business units and projects, liaises with suppliers and subcontractors and maintains relations with financial institutions.
Through over 25 years of management experience, Sandra has developed a competent and proactive leadership style. She is focussed on building and maintaining a high level of financial diligence within the business through mentoring and guiding her team and the wider project management function.

About Michael
With over 20 years of experience supporting and leading construction operations in a range of contexts from the Australian Army, a peak Industry Association, a Tier One Civil Contractor and several senior management roles in SMEs, Michael brings a well renowned level of experience to the role of Operations Support Manager.
His role at ABI Civil Contracting encompasses WHS, HR, Systems and BD. Michael ensures that the overall business is properly resourced with the people and systems it requires to win and deliver work that exceeds our clients’ expectations.
